Captain Roscoe C. Brown, Jr, a New York City resident, and a documented original Tuskegee Airman. Captain Brown is a former squadron commander of the 100th Fighter Squadron of the 332nd Fighter Group. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in Europe during World War II and was one of fifteen pilots who shot down the advanced German Me-262 jet fighter.
